ACISC Initial Accreditation Workshop
The ACISC Initial Accreditation Workshop is a structured preparation program for institutional leaders progressing through the initial ACISC international accreditation process.
The workshop develops institutional understanding of the accreditation pathway, applicable standards, self-study, evidence development, institutional responsibilities, evaluation preparation, and the work required as an institution progresses toward formal accreditation review.
For initial applicants, attendance forms part of the required preparation pathway and must be completed within the applicable timeframe before progression to the Initial Resource Visit and Self-Study stages.
Preparing Institutional Leadership for Initial Accreditation
The Initial Accreditation Workshop provides institutional leaders with a structured introduction to ACISC accreditation requirements and the institutional work required throughout the initial accreditation process.
Participants examine how accreditation preparation connects institutional leadership, standards, evidence, self-evaluation, educational quality, institutional effectiveness, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
The workshop is designed to help institutional leaders approach accreditation as an institution-wide quality-assurance process rather than as a documentation exercise managed by a single individual.
