ACISC™ will continue to host a variety of workshops for accredited members, initial applicants, and evaluators as a means for them to learn more about its criteria, policies, and procedures. To better accommodate member institutions and lessen the time and financial burden of in-person workshop attendance, ACISC™ is in the process of moving to a virtual classroom-based, synchronous and asynchronous instructional model for many of our offerings. This will allow us to provide workshops more frequently than in the past and to add new offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of our member institutions.

Campus Effectiveness Planning Workshop

Renewal of Accreditation Workshop
The Renewal Accreditation Workshop is an online workshop which provides an overview of the ACISC™ renewal of accreditation process as well as evaluation visit preparation and procedures. During these workshops, Council representatives will consult with institutional representatives to help them understand and complete the process.  Applicants for renewal of accreditation are required to attend a workshop. During these workshops, Council representatives will consult with institutional representatives to help them understand and complete the process. Institutional representatives are required to attend an accreditation workshop within 18 months prior to the final submission of the evaluation visit materials, which are due two weeks prior to an on-site visit. The chief on-site administrator of each campus, as well as any other individuals whose responsibility it is to coordinate the accreditation review process, are required to attend and all branch campuses are required to attend.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you enroll in a workshop and cannot attend, you have two options:

  1. Transfer your registration (one time) to another individual or workshop; or

  2. Cancel the registration.

FEES

There is a maximum number of participants who may enroll in each workshop. It is important to register early to ensure a space at the workshop of your choice.
