APPROVED SCOPE OF ACCREDITATION

The ACISC™ accreditation scope defines the institutional activities, educational programs, delivery modalities, and learning locations evaluated as part of the accreditation process.

For Nexus American Academy, the approved accreditation scope includes the institution’s eligible educational operations and the educational programs and activities identified within its official accreditation records.

Only programs, educational activities, locations, and delivery modalities expressly identified within the approved scope may be represented as covered by ACISC™ accreditation.

PROGRAMS WITHIN THE APPROVED ACCREDITATION SCOPE

Nexus American Academy offers educational programs across multiple academic, professional, and continuing education areas. Programs included within the ACISC™ accreditation framework are subject to the institution’s approved accreditation scope and applicable ACISC™ standards.

Important Notice

Inclusion of a program within an institution’s approved ACISC™ accreditation scope indicates that the program falls within the educational activities reviewed under the institution’s accreditation. It does not, by itself, constitute a separate governmental license or guarantee of degree equivalency, transfer of credit, professional licensure, or automatic recognition by another institution or jurisdiction.

WHAT DOES ACISC™ ACCREDITATION MEAN?

ACISC™ accreditation is a voluntary external quality assurance process through which eligible educational institutions undergo structured evaluation against established accreditation standards.

The process is designed to assess educational quality, institutional effectiveness, governance, academic integrity, student support, resources, learning outcomes, assessment, and continuous improvement.

Accreditation provides independent external evidence that an institution has undergone the applicable ACISC™ review process and has demonstrated compliance with the standards applicable to its accreditation status and scope.

RECOGNITION & EQUIVALENCY

ACISC™ accreditation is an external quality assurance designation and may serve as supporting evidence of institutional and educational quality when credentials are presented to universities, employers, professional organizations, licensing authorities, governmental agencies, and other competent bodies.

However, ACISC™ accreditation does not by itself constitute a governmental license, degree equivalency, professional license, transfer-of-credit decision, or automatic recognition in every jurisdiction.

The acceptance, recognition, equivalency, transfer of credit, or licensing of a qualification remains subject to the laws, regulations, policies, and independent determination of the receiving institution or competent authority.
